HOW TO: Classic Bacon Sarnies

L U N C H Lunch consisted of 1 (very crispy) bacon sandwich, with a glass of cranberry juice to go along side it. I also added a bit of French mustard to the sandwich after taking the above picture to give it a bit more flavour. I fried the bacon in a pan with butter on a medium heat for around 2 or 3 minutes. I kind of regret using the amount of butter I used as the amount of spitting coming from the pan caused havoc with the tiles in the kitchen. But nonetheless, the food tasted delicious. The saltiness of the bacon mixed with the cool butter spread over the 'Best of Both Worlds' bread made my mouth water in hunger. Please now note; my house now stinks of bacon, and so will yours (haha).

All you necessarily need is 2-3 rashers of bacon (smoked or unsmoked), 2 slices of buttered bread - unless you don't like butter of course, and whatever condiments that may tickle your fancy.

Have fun frying!
