HOW TO: AVOCADO TOAST WITH SCRAMBLED EGG
So for weeks now, since I began this blog, I've been research the best food trends, ones that everyone loves.
One of the most frequent and eye catching trends I saw, was Avocado Toast.
And since my parents brought me plenty of avocados back from the market, I thought I'm gonna jump right in and have a go.
After realising I left the avocados probably a bit too long, I chose to chuck in any ingredient I could find that I thought tasted good.
Anyways, here's what I did:
First I sliced open the avocado and removed the stone. Secondly, I scooped out the insides and put it all in a bowl.
I then got a shit ton of salt and pepper and put it all in, mixing it all with a fork.
Next, I got some Caesar dressing (the main ingredient being garlic) and put so so much in there.
I then toasted some bread whilst making scrambled egg, also lightly seasoning the egg with pepper.
Next, I smeared the mushed up avocado over two slices of buttered toast, squeezed more Cesar dressing underneath the egg before positioning it on top. I sprinkled a little bit more pepper on top and that is it!!
The garlic and the avocado worked so well together and I would definitely reccomend it!! Just make sure the avocados are perfectly ripe and not over ripe like I accidentally let it get to.
