HOW TO: Spice up your yoghurt for breakfast
B R E A K F A S T This breakfast was absolutely delicious as well as nutritional. The burst of flavours given by the different fruits, mixed with the sweetness of the clear honey, was simply amazing. With such a basic breakfast vamped up with just a few different fruits, I instantly fell in love with it. With a glass of orange juice to wash it all down, it was a perfectly filling breakfast, leaving me comfortable, not stuffed. Here's what you'll need: - A few healthy dollops of Greek yoghurt - A handful of Fruit & Fibre flakes - A few raisins - A handful of blueberries - 1 thinly sliced banana - Drizzled in clear honey - A tiny splash of orange juice for added bitterness (optional!!)
